Returns & Refunds
Our products are supplied and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner.
Right of Withdrawal If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@myshoppables.com before the withdrawal period expires.
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@myshoppables.com. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We will inform you of any applicable costs when your return is approved.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and will include the original standard shipping costs paid at checkout.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Beauty and health products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal, for hygiene and health reasons.
- Underwear.
These exceptions will be clearly communicated before purchase where applicable.
