Order Processing

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Information

Our products are shipped by our external fulfillment partner, Dropshipman, from their warehouses. As a result, delivery times may be longer than domestic shipping.The estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on your location.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout. We may also offer free shipping on selected products or orders that meet a minimum purchase amount.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. As a result, you may receive your items in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched (where available). Please allow up to a few days for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping times and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address
